Back in April last year, Kari had the opportunity to catch up with the Great Affairs at a local bar in Louisville (Gerstle’s Place).
The Great Affairs are considered to be “modern rock” and only use the live equipment – themselves and their relative instruments – in their performances. No simulated music (taped or computerized, for example) is used in their performance, and it gives them an authentic rocky-pop sound that entertains every crowd they play for.
They are: Denny Smith (vocal/guitar), Patrick Miller (lead guitar/vocals), Henry Go (bass/vocals), and Kenny Wright (drums/vocals/other percussion).
The Great Affairs are based in Nashville, but you can find them touring around the US.
Here are just a few of the shots from the show!
